Culinary I

Description

This introductory course will expose students to the multiple careers within the culinary industry while also teaching students some basic culinary skills and sanitation. Students will spend their first 2 days learning about proper kitchen etiquette and sanitation, after which they will take their State of Alaska Food Handlers test. The students will then dive into the kitchen learning basic culinary skills and techniques while getting to create amazing dishes.
