Up to 4 interns are needed to work under the direction of Chef Kai’ainoa Ravey in preparing all meals for the 3rd intensive week held in King Salmon. This internship will be the full experience of working in an industrial kitchen; students will prepare all meals for a large group for the entire week. Prerequisites are Culinary I and II.
NOTE: **Students do not need to apply for this. The culinary instructor will chose the 4 students for this pathway from previous intensive weeks.**
