Culinary Arts I


Students looking for a challenging yet fun and rewarding career field often find that the Culinary Industry is just what they are looking for. Around Bristol Bay and beyond the need in this field is great and they are always looking for great people. This course will begin students on that path, instructing them on basic skills such as knife handling, cutting skills, basic cooking technique, sanitation, and much more! By the end of the course, students will also obtain their State of Alaska Food Handler’s Card!
